Let's put 2020 behind us and come together in small groups to support each other on our journey to health. This wholistic program includes 6 weeks of weekly small group (6 people or less) coaching sessions. Topics covered include gratitude and goal setting, setting up our environment for success, mindful eating, maximizing sleep, nature and wellbeing, and self care. Over this 6 week program we will learn to eat health-giving foods, incorporate regular exercise into our lives, sleep more soundly and know exactly what you need to do to rejuvenate your mind and body.
